Sydney Charity Comedy Night 2023

On Wednesday 20th of September 2023, DUAL Sydney proudly hosted its first signature charity event. The Charity Comedy Night aimed to raise funds for their selected charity partner, Black Dog Institute.
Black Dog Institute is the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan, their aim is to create a mentally healthier world for everyone.
They do this through ‘translational’ research. Integrating research studies, education programs, digital tools and apps, clinical services, and public resources to discover new solutions, foster connections and create real-world change. With over 130 brokers and lawyers in attendance, the event was a resounding success. Laughter and entertainment filled the evening as comedians Danielle Walker and Alex Jae took the stage. The overwhelming support and incredible generosity of everyone who attended allowed us to raise an astounding $70,000 for the Black Dog Institute.
