- Broadened Statutory Liability cover to include criminal penalties (where not prohibited by law)
- Crime Investigation Costs extended to costs for establishing and proving Direct Financial Loss
- NEW Panel Counsel Extension - 1 hour of free advice for each enquiry relating to the risks insured
- Extended Continuous Cover – cover for late notified Claims, even if DUAL were not the Insurer

Available exclusively on the WebRater, Management Liability Gold is DUAL’s Management Liability offering which has been designed specifically for this micro SME market with up to $5,000,000 turnover.
Why has DUAL launched this product?
Management Liability Gold is based on the same wording as the existing Management Liability Platinum offering and removes the barriers SME’s face in purchasing this cover by providing the same breadth of coverage as the existing Management Liability Platinum offering except for certain deductibles and sections which are sublimited as per the schedule.
Limits between $100,000 and $2,000,000 are available with pricing starting from $425 plus charges.
