With every DUAL Cyber Insurance policy, insureds gain access to dedicated assistance through our capacity provider's in-house Cyber Incident Management Team (CMIT). 

The CIMT services provides round-the-clock support, with a team of skilled incident management specialists located in Sydney and across the globe.  

We are pleased to confirm that both CIMT and DUAL's inhouse claims team will be available to assist DUAL insureds who experience incidents over the Christmas period. 



All incident response management services conducted directly by the CIMT are provided at no additional cost to DUAL insureds, and do not affect or erode the available policy limit.
