Our panellists will share their experiences and lessons learned in diversity and inclusion projects at DUAL, highlighting their journeys supporting inclusion and fostering workplace innovation. 

Paula Sheppard-Jones and Emily Coates will discuss raising awareness of First Nations and Indigenous culture in New Zealand and Australia, including topics such as Te Reo Training and language inclusion, DUAL's First Reconciliation Action Plan and the significance of Acknowledgement of Country Training.

Additionally, Lilian Marais will discuss her expertise in Employee Representation Groups and Disability in the workplace.
