      Where are my policy documents?

      Once the risk is bound, an email containing the policy documents will be sent to your email address. Please allow a few minutes after binding for policy documents to come through.

      Alternatively you can log into the WebRater and download you quote or policy documents.

      Quote documents

      1. Go to the quote tab and click on 'View / Download' or click on the wording listed under 'Wording(s)'

      Policy documents

      1. Click into the policy, click on the 'Policy Documents' tab and you will find the documents listed under this tab, you will be able to download all documents you need.

      If you do not receive your policy documents within 24 hours, please contact your local DUAL underwriter or alternatively, feel free to contact us via email at DualEnquiries@dualaustralia.com.au or by phone on 1300 769 772.
