Once you have completed the sign up form and submitted it, an activation email with login instructions will be sent through to you within 24 hours.
The email will include a link which will ask you to confirm your email address in order to be sent an activation code.
A second email will then be sent through to you with your activation code which you will need to enter in order to set up your password. Please note that this code is valid for 30 minutes from when the email was sent.
Once the above is done, you will receive confirmation that your login is finalised and you are ready to start quoting on the WebRater.
If you haven't received your activation email after 24 hours, or require urgent access to the WebRater, please contact your local DUAL underwriter for assistance.
