When creating or resetting your password, you must ensure that it meets the password requirements of:
- Minimum 8 characters which are a combination of:
- Upper case
- Lower case
- Numbers
- Special characters (!,@,# etc.)
If your password doesn't include all of the above, you will receive an error message.
If your password does meet the requirements but you still receive an error message, please contact your local DUAL Underwriter for assistance.
