I'm getting an error when trying to start the activation / reset password process

If you see the above error message pop up when trying to start the registration/reset password process it means that your email address doesn't match to one that has been signed up to WebRater 2.0.

Check that you have already completed the sign up for on our website, and that the email address you are entering is correct (i.e. no spelling errors or spaces) and matches up with the one that you signed up with.

If everything is correct and you are still getting an error, please contact your local DUAL underwriter for assistance.
