I'm getting an error when entering my activation code and/or new password

If you see the above error message pop up when trying to submit the activation code and your password, it means that either your activation code or password is not accepted.

Check that you have entered the activation code exactly as it appears in the email (i.e. no spaces) and that your password meets our requirements (8 characters comprising of upper case, lower case, number and special characters).

Activation codes are valid for 30 minutes from the time of sending, so if that time has passed you will need to start the activation process again to generate a new activation code. If you have received more than 1 activation code, make sure that you are entering the most recent code you have received.

If everything is correct and you are still getting an error, please contact your local DUAL underwriter for assistance.
