A Proposal Form and supporting documentation can be uploaded to the WebRater via the ‘Contact DUAL’ button at the Build Quote stage.
Should a risk trigger a referral, you will be prompted to provide additional information to support the insureds application via a free type box (including the option to upload files) and also have the option to include attachments on the 'Build Quote' screen.
