To update the Insureds information at renewal, you will need to navigate back to the 'Basic Information screen' located on the navigation bar at the top of the risk. Continue through the Basic Information, Coverage and Detailed Information screens to update information as required.
When you reach the 'Build Quote' screen, the renewal premium will now reflect the updated insured details. If you have any questions on the premium please contact your local DUAL underwriter.
Changes can only be done prior to binding the policy. If you have bound the policy already, you will need to contact your local DUAL underwriter or alternatively, feel free to contact us via email at DualEnquiries@dualaustralia.com.au or by phone on 1300 769 772.
