No you do not need to have the insured complete a proposal form. The WebRater will ask you at binding to confirm the answers entered are true and correct.
A Proposal Form can be uploaded to the WebRater via the ‘Contact DUAL’ button on the Build Quote screen. Alternatively, a WebRater Underwriting Summary is generated and sent with the quote email and binding documents based on the answers entered.
